WHAT IS UNLOCKDBOX?
UNLOCKDBOX is a mobile app for licensed real estate agent only. Agents are able to instantly send out a request to have a property unlocked or an open house held for their listing. Agents can unlock homes for colleagues and get paid. Complete with rating, networking and earnings, UNLOCKDBOX was designed to create opportunity for all agents. UNLOCKDBOX has many real estate specific features that help agents meet their client’s needs and their own!
BUT...WHAT DOES IT COST?
UNLOCKDBOX is free to download. No subscription, not obligations. Use it when you need it. If you are a busy agent and need another agent to unlock a property you pay a $50.00 minimum to the agent you have hired. UNLOCKDBOX oversees and facilitates payments for services rendered directly via the app and adds a small service fee. When you unlock for another member, you will be paid via Pay Pal. All payments are handled seamlessly within the app

HOW MUCH DO I MAKE IF I UNLOCK A PROPERTY?
The fee is designated by the requesting agent. There is a minimum of $50.00 per unlocking. No maximum. Once you are hired, track and complete the job you will be paid the agreed upon fee.
DO I GET TO CHOOSE WHO I HIRE?
Absolutely. Agents will apply to your job. View their profiles, past ratings and choose for yourself. As the requesting agent you have complete say in who you would like to do the job. Agents are in control of who they send out request to. Send request to all nearby agents, your network of colleagues only or other agents in your brokerage.
DO I RISK ANYTHING?
No. All users are licensed real estate agent and reaffirm a Terms of Use and Code of Ethics when they sign up for UNLOCKDBOX. There are contracts and a digital footprint to keep users accountable every step of the way. Violators will be banned for life and risk legal repercussion.
WILL MY BROKERAGE LET ME SIGN UP?
The short answer is they should. UNLOCKDBOX even has the ability to provide brokerage firms with a private code that can help keep all their networking/referrals within the agency. See jobs from agents within your brokerage or your network. Personalize who you connect with!
