With a background in business management, a Master's in Hustle & Grind and a Ph.D in Multi-tasking, all of my Real Estate up's and down's have lead me to this point.

I woke up every morning, pulled up my mom-jeans and worked. Worked two jobs, balanced two kids and created this app. With an amazing team, my ideas have come to life.
I'm driven to create more opportunities for all types of people to get into real estate and stay there. I hope to use technology to democratize real estate and to advance our field. By connecting you with other agents, we can change what it means to show up for our clients and ourselves.

CEO + FOUNDER
Rachel White leads the UNLOCKDBOX team. As the CEO & Founder, she takes her years of experience in management and real estate to push the envelope on what it means to be an agent. Having practiced Real Estate in Los Angeles and Ventura County, Rachel has the lived experience of what it means to be an agent. Driven by creating more opportunity for all agents, Rachel is a creative at heart who loves to see other people thrive. When she's not working along side her team, she can be found next to her husband on the bleachers rooting for her son's basketball team and her daughter's gymnastics routines.

DARYL MCCULLOUGH
COMMUNICATIONS + PR
Daryl McCullough leads communications, social media and PR for UNLOCKDBOX. Prior to joining the UnlockdBox team, he spent his career leading marketing communications campaigns for some of the world's largest and most respected brands. For the past 15 years, he served as CEO and Global Chairman of Citizen Relations, an agency he spent most of his career helping build. His work won global and national awards and recognition: Daryl was a juror for the prestigious Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, and he was also named "PR Person of the Year" by PRSA-Los Angeles. He holds a Master's Degree in Communications Management from USC Annenberg School for Communications.
AMANDA TSANG
MEDIA + PUBLIC RELATIONS
With nearly 15 years of experience, Amanda drives PR and media relations efforts for UNLOCKDBOX. Prior to joining the UnlockdBox team, Amanda led media relations programs as a solo PR professional for both early stage start-ups and established brands in the B2B technology, restaurant and nonprofit industries. With a passion for story-telling and a knack for securing top-tier press coverage, brand partnerships and influencer relationships, Amanda has established herself as an expert media specialist. Amanda holds a BA in Communications from California State University, Fullerton. She currently lives in Henderson, Nevada with her husband, two children and dog.
JENNIFER LEITMAN
MARKETING + CREATIVE
Jen Leitman leads marketing and creative for UNLOCKDBOX. Previously, she has developed award winning campaigns for top lifestyle, entertainment and alcohol beverage brands. Her love for all things home related, brought her to HGTV where she led marketing and creative for several years at the network. During a trip to Sonoma County to shoot a launch campaign for the HGTV Dream Home Giveaway, she fell in love with wine country and eventually moved to California to lead marketing for Francis Ford Coppola Winery. Jen holds a BA in Communications from the University of Missouri and an MBA from the University of Tennessee. Jen is a strong proponent for equality and doing good in the world. She currently lives in Northern California with her husband, daughter, dog and guinea pig.
RENEE McNEIL
SOCIAL MEDIA
With over 20 years of experience in various media outlets, Renee McNeill has helped brands develop and implement strategies for both internal marketing and public-facing campaigns alike. From working in marketing and social media on cable network brands such as Great American Country, DIY, and HGTV to managing social media for NBC's The Voice Season 12 winner (which introduced social media voting), and start-up social justice campaign, Everybody vs. Racism, Renee's portfolio of work offers diversity in branding and strategy. For the past five years, she has honed in on social ad-buying, content creation, and strategy as a means to help grow new businesses and non-profit awareness. In her free time, she loves to travel and assist with global outreach efforts.
